Succumbing to the 80s

When I posted this Italian Bazaar cover elsewhere someone responded that Debbie Harry had, in this image, succumbed to 80s fashion. Indeed, in the editorial that accompanies the cover she is modeling the most 80s minis imaginable- and it was early on that decade too, the images below are from August 1980. The jacket on the cover is Versace.

Versace leather jacket (if I interpret the Italian on the masthead correctly).
